Disney Life has launch in the UK and with one-month free
trial (£9.99 a month after that). The media streaming platform is now available
for people in the UK to use online or through mobile and tablet devices to
access movies, TV shows, music, books and apps. The cost of £9.99 a month covers unlimited streaming with the option to create up to six profiles and use with
up to 10 devices. This doesn't seem too bad in comparison to things like Netflix that for the top price of £8.99 only allows 4 screens at a time.
For those nostalgic over the old Disney Channel TV shows of
the 90’s and 00’s you may enjoy the chance to access episodes of Kim Possible
(season 1), That’s So Raven (season 1), Recess (season 1), DuckTales (season
1&2), The Little Mermaid (season 1,2&3), Timon & Pumbaa (season
1&2), The Emperor’s New School (season 1&2), Lilo & Stitch (season 1&2)
and Quack Pack (season 1). There is also a selection of shows from the Disney
Channel, Disney Junior and Disney XD.
Along with TV shows there’s also a wide range of movies with
choices from animated classics, shorts, Pixar, Disney Channel originals, and
live-action.
Although I'm sure many Disney fans probably already own most of the films on DVD/Bluray I think the unique features to DisneyLife are having access to behind the scenes videos and classic cartoons that are hard to get hold of.

If you have started collecting and end up with duplicates you can visit the Facebook group Tsum Tsum Squishies for opportunities to trade with fellow collectors.
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party at Walt Disney World
On Friday 25th September I was able to attend this special ticketed event. The evening began at 7pm and although the event lasted until 12am there still wasn't time to do everything.
We saw Mickey's "Boo-to-you" Halloween Parade, Happy HalloWishes and took many trips to the trick or treat points for sweets. Unfortunately the weather was not the best and we sheltered on It's a small world to wait it out. Luckily the rain passed in time for the shows and it was a brilliant night.
This is the one event of the year where adults can dress in costumes, so I took the opportunity to dress as one of my favourite characters - Star Butterfly from Star vs the Forces of Evil. The event is still running for 10 more nights and you can get tickets from Disney here or learn more about the event here. Happy Halloween!

So far the characters have been introduced through last months Tsum Tsum Tuesday release and a range of merchandise from Disney Store. The items are suitable for children and adults of any gender, targeting a wider market than previous film products. Official Character Descriptions
Anger: Meet Anger
"Anger feels very passionately about making sure things are fair for Riley. He has a fiery spirit and tends to explode (literally) when things don't go as planned. He is quick to overreact and has little patience for life's imperfections."
Disgust: Meet Disgust
"Disgust is highly opinionated, extremely honest and prevents Riley from getting poisoned - both physically and socially. She keeps a careful eye on the people, places and things that Riley comes into contact with - whether that's broccoli or last year's fashion trend. Disgust always has the best of intentions and refuses to lower her standards."
Fear: Meet Fear
"Fear's main job is to protect Riley and keep her safe. He is constantly on the lookout for potential disasters, and spends time evaluating the possible dangers, pitfalls and risk involved in Riley's everyday activities. There are very few activities and events that Fear does not find to be dangerous and possibly fatal."
Joy: Meet Joy
"Joy's goal has always been to make sure Riley stays happy. She is lighthearted, optimistic and determined to find the fun in every situation. Joy sees challenges in Riley's life as opportunities, and the less happy moments as hiccups on the way back to something great. As long as Riley is happy, so is Joy."Sadness: Meet Sadness
"None of the other Emotions really understand what Sadness's role is. Sadness would love to be more optimistic and helpful in keeping Riley happy, but she finds it so hard to be positive. Sometimes it seems like the best thing to do is just lie on the floor and have a good cry."
While we wait for the release we can enjoy the trailer
